PACKAGE #1
The Engaged SaaS Fractional CMO

$10,000 per month

10 dedicated hours per week working directly with your Marketing team to accomplish the following:

  • Interpret the CEO (and the Board)’s vision for growth and build an actionable go-to-market (GTM) strategy consisting of well-defined campaigns and objectives that will meet those goals
  • Identify, elevate, and guide talented resources within the business who will help reach those goals
  • Assist hiring managers in recruiting, qualifying, and managing talent to execute GTM strategy
  • Hold weekly performance meetings with Marketing team guided by the KPI Scorecard to keep pipeline momentum
  • Deliver a Functional Marketing® Systems Map that (after the first 30 days) serves as the blueprint for marketing activities, connecting execution to strategy 
  • Keep the CEO and Board informed on a weekly or monthly basis of all critical KPIs we agree are important to the growth and vision of the company
  • Continue to assess any marketing challenges and identify ways to overcome obstacles that will help you reach your marketing and sales goals

SaaS Companies that are good fits for the Engaged Package:

  • Your SaaS is at least two years old and has established product market fit (PMF)
  • You are generating a minimum of $2 million ARR
  • You are hesitant of spending $250,000+ (plus benefits) on a full-time CMO but are open to working with a lean digital marketing leader who can develop the marketing strategy and ensure it is implemented in a way that will drive more qualified leads.

PACKAGE #2:
Half-Day Go to Market Strategy Consultation

Starting at $6000

In this half-day virtual* session, we will dive deep into your Go to Market (GTM) strategy and provide a clear road map on everything that needs to be improved that will help you reach your growth goals.

  • 4-hour Strategy Session for your marketing team that is customized to the specific needs of your SaaS company. We’ll apply the proven Functional Marketing® Framework to get your team laser-focused on the plan, the customer journey, providing clear direction on how to implement the strategies. 
  • Leading up to the Consultation will be 7 days of “Prep Time” (communicated via email correspondence) to ensure everyone is prepared for the session.
  • You will receive deliverables that include:
    • list of blind spots (critical areas needing improvement)
    • immediate action-item list
    • list of marketing campaigns (identifying the ideal marketing channel(s) along with their offers) for next six months

      *If preferred, in-person sessions (North America only) may be an option depending on availability

SaaS Companies that are good fits for the GTM Strategy Session Package:

  • Your SaaS is at least two years old and either on the cusp of PMF or already established PMF
  • You are generating a minimum of $500k ARR
  • You have some marketing talent in-house but could use a new marketing approach with some focused leadership

SaaS Fractional CMO Advisor

Starting at $5000 per month

After the half-day GTM Consultation or the 90-day sprint at the Engaged level, I can stay in a leadership marketing role to advise your team and keep your marketing department on track:

  • Lead Sprint (iteration planning) calls twice per month
  • Assist in growing your SaaS company over the long haul with the least financial risk
  • Provide full access to all of our Marketing campaign SOPs
  • Unlimited communication via email

    6-month minimum commitment

  • You are no longer considered a “Startup”, but rather an established company with product market fit (PMF)
