Are you a marketing agency?

Though I built one of the first SaaS growth agencies in Texas, B2BSaaSCMO.com is not considered an “agency” but rather a “CMO as a Service” .

I am a marketing executive with over 20 years experience that lead marketing teams (in-house, agency, or both). I work closely with CEOs and co-founders of PMF SaaS companies to understand their vision for growth so I can build a go to market strategy that has a higher likelihood to succeed.

SaaS companies hire me for my leadership experience to align on goals of the company and provide guidance and accountability to marketing teams. 

Do you work with PE or VC firms?

Yes, if some of your portfolio companies are under-performing, I can assist with a detailed marketing audit, a review of their current GTM strategy, and offer a fresh perspective on where there is room to grab market share and strengthen the pipeline. 

Will I work directly with you or somebody else on your team?

If we decide to partner, you will work directly with me.

I do not outsource other Fractional CMOs to work within B2BSaaSCMO.com – if I am not currently in a position to take on new clients, then I may refer another reputable Fractional CMO that offers similar “CMO as a Service” solutions.

Can you help us hire full-time marketing specialists for our Marketing Department?

Absolutely.

Part of my services as a Fractional CMO is to review candidate resumes, find top talent (“A” players), and conduct interviews so you can make the right decision when hiring a full-time resource for your Marketing team. 

If you’re not ready for a full-time resource, I can make recommendations of those in my circles with a proven track record on other marketing specialties (e.g. PPC, design, copywriting, HubSpot, etc.).

Are you a franchise?

No.

I am 100% owner of B2BSaaSCMO.com, and do not report to, or pay royalties to, any other organization.
